7. Consulting, Intensives, and Professional Services
Consulting engagements, strategy intensives, customized services, and other professional services may be subject to a separate written agreement, statement of work, proposal, or payment terms.
Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, fees for customized consulting, strategy intensives, or services involving reserved time, preparation, research, analysis, or customized work are non-refundable once work has begun.
If a separate signed agreement conflicts with these Terms regarding a specific engagement, the signed agreement will control for that engagement.
8. Course and Account Access
If you purchase an online course or membership product, you may receive access through a third-party course or membership platform.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
Your account and course access are for your personal use and may not be shared, transferred, resold, sublicensed, or provided to another person without written permission from Jackson Method.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, JACKSON METHOD'S AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING FROM A PRODUCT OR SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU ACTUALLY PAID JACKSON METHOD FOR THE PRODUCT OR SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM DURING THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded.
17. Indemnification

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any applicable checkout terms or separate written agreement, constitute the agreement governing your use of the website and applicable Jackson Method products and services. For a separately contracted consulting engagement, any signed agreement will control if its terms conflict with these general Terms.
